• The Clark Construction Group awards Department of Transportation (DOT) to Arban & Carosi/Gate Precast Joint Venture.

  • Project consists of 2 buildings totaling just under 400,000 ft² of conventional precast and stone on precast.

June, 2004 

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Potomac Yard (North/South Towers) by James G. Davis Construction Corporation.  Project consists of 2-12 story Office Buildings with approximately 220,000  ft² of brick faced precast and conventional precast.  The Architect has selected 3 brick types with varying degree of details.  Approximately 40% of the project will be brick soaps.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded National Business Park - Building 318 by The Clark Construction Group.  Project consists of a 4 story steel structure with approximately 220,000  ft² of Architectural Precast.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Weston Arlington Gateway Hotel by The Clark Construction Group.  Project consists of a 15 story concrete structure clad with conventional precast totaling approximately 65,000 ft2.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded INOVA Parking Garage #5 by The Clark Construction Group.  Project consists of a 15 story concrete structure clad with conventional precast totaling approximately 65,000 ft2.

February, 2004 

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of the first five (out of seven) Patent & Trade Office Buildings (Turner Construction), in Alexandria, VA. The Erection of the remaining buildings will be sequenced over the next year.

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of the BWI Parking Garage with The Clark Construction Group.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Chevy Chase Center by James G Davis Construction. It is a four building complex with 88,000 square feet of precast located in Chevy Chase, MD.

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of Ballston Point Office Building for James G. Davis Construction. This landmark structure was erected with two mobile cranes within a very tight site.

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of The Gallery Place OB in Washington, DC for Tompkins Builders.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Potomac Center II by James G. Davis Construction. This 86,000 square feet structure is a second phase of a re-cladding project in Washington, DC.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Germanna Office Park by Herlong Associates.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded FDIC by Turner Construction. It is a 110,000 of precast square feet office building in Arlington, VA.

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of Market Square in Rockville, MD for Glen Construction using a mobile cranes.

• Arban & Carosi has completed erection of Montgomery County Conference Center and Hotel for Hitt Contracting.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded National Business Park - Building 191 by Riparius Construction.

• Arban & Carosi has been awarded Dulles Air Traffic Control Tower by Smoot Construction.
