One by Glen Construction. It is a 60,000 square feet (of
precast) office building in Rockville, MD.
- Arban & Carosi
has been awarded 901 North
Glebe Road (formerly Arlington Gateway OB) by the Clark
Construction Group. It is a 50,000 square feet (of precast) office
building in Arlington, VA.
- Arban & Carosi
has been awarded GWU
School of Business by Whiting-Turner Construction Company. It is
a 30,000 square feet (of precast) office building in Washington, DC.
- Arban & Carosi
has completed erection of the first four (out of seven) Patent
& Trade Office Buildings (Turner Construction), in Alexandria,
VA. We are currently erecting
on Building "A", the largest of the seven buildings. The
Erection of the remaining buildings will be sequenced over
the next year.
- Arban & Carosi has completed
erection of One Metro Center
in Downtown DC. This Sigal Construction project has 3 new precast
facades above an existing Hecht
Company Store and two (new construction) Office Towers behind the
store.
- Arban & Carosi has erected 70% of
the massive BWI
Parking Garage with The Clark Construction Group.

Monetary Fund II by The Clark Construction Group. It is a 45,000
square feet (of precast) complex
in Washington, DC.
- Arban & Carosi has been awarded Dulles
People Mover by Turner Construction. This is a complex project
with two phases over a series of years.
- Arban & Carosi has started
erection of Franklin
Square North in Washington, DC. This ornate, complex & classic
building will be an impressive sight.
- Arban & Carosi has been awarded One
Liberty Center by The Clark Construction Group. It is a 75,000
square feet (of precast) office building in Arlington, VA.
- Arban & Carosi has completed
erection of Union Center
Plaza V in Washington, DC. This Centex job which was erected at
night with the tower crane, is located just north of Union Station.
