• EE Reed Construction and Trammell Crow awards 1625 Eye Street to Arban & Carosi, Inc.
  • Project consists of approximately  50,000 ft² of precast located on the East, West and North elevations.  The south elevation (Eye Street) is clad with natural stone and curtain wall.
  • Erection is scheduled for June 2002 and will all be done with the tower crane.

   

• Sigal Construction awards One Metro Center to Arban & Carosi, Inc.
  • This new addition situated atop the existing Hecht Company located between 12th & 13th Street on G street, NW is clad with 100,000 ft² of precast.
  • Twin granite clad precast towers flank the main entrance. 
  • Erection is scheduled for July/August 2002.

   

• James G. Davis Construction Corporation awards Redland Technology Park to Arban & Carosi, Inc.
  • This project located in Rockville, Maryland will be delivered in June 2002.
  • Six story steel structure with approximately  38,000 ft²

• Turner Construction awards PTO (Patent and Trademark Office) to Arban & Carosi, Inc.
  • Two year project that consists of 5 office buildings and 2 parking garages totaling approximately 260,000 ft² of precast.
  • The first building is scheduled for September 2002 delivery.
